Technical Abstract: Food grade fungal pectinase enzyme was found to be preferable in cleaning seeds that have clinging pulp. For both scion woods and seeds, moist sphagnum moss and perforated plastic bags will allow the exchange of gases that is important for long distance shipment of living tropical plant materials.
