Technical Abstract: Athow is a new maturity Group III soybean cultivar that has excellent yield potential, excellent lodging resistance, and is resistant to nearly every race of Phytophthora sojae that has been identified in Indiana. This cultivar also has high peroxidase activity in the seedcoat, that may have industrial uses. Athow has been released for production in Illinois and in nIndiana.
