Interpretive Summary: “Cellulose Science and Technology” by Jean-Luc Wertz, Olivier Bédué and Jean P. Mercier is a fairly comprehensive, up-to-date introduction to many areas of cellulose science. Their summary of a vast and often controversial literature is reasonably comprehensive. It requires little background to read, but has been overly simplified in some places.
