Technical Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate the genetic diversity present within the collection of Pee Dee Upland cotton germplasm collection developed over the last 50 years. This information will provide cotton breeders with specific information to aid selection of specific Pee Dee germplasm lines for specific breeding objectives.
