Technical Abstract:
Scarlet Royal is a large, red seedless grape that ripens in the mid-season. The fruit has a neutral sweet flavor. The berries are firm with a tough skin which results in very good shipping and storage ability. It is a very productive grape that is fruitful with spur pruning and quadrilateral training. The ability of Scarlet Royal to be fruitful on spurs will reduce pruning and tying costs for growers.
