Interpretive Summary: DNA sequences from two isolates of Phaeosphaeria nodorum, cause of Stagonospora nodorum blotch (SNB) of wheat, were submitted to GenBank. The sequences were from the 18S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; the complete sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions 1 and 2, and the 5.8 S ribosomal RNA gene; and the 28S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence.
Technical Abstract:
