Objective:
Conduct applied research as a Climate Hub Fellow in support of ARS-hosted regional USDA Climate Hub activities.
Approach:
For the regionally-specifc agricultural systems of the hosting climate hub, 1) Determine the exposure of the agricultural systems to climate change, 2) Assess the sensitivity of the exposed agricultural systems to the effects of climate change, and 3) Develop technologies to enhance the capacity of the agricultural systems to adapt to the effects of climate change.
