Determine the molecular basis for host plant resistance to the Asian citrus psyllid in trifoliate rootstocks.

Approach:
Chemical characterization and extraction of contrasting accessions; gas chromatograph-coupled electroantennogram and electropalpogram analysis of host plant volatiles and other host compounds. Laboratory behavioral assays.
