Objective:
The ARS-Jornada Exp. Range shall support the BLM Assessment Inventory and Monitoring Strategy by providing ongoing technical support for assessment and monitoring-related projects, and for the Regional Ecosystem Assessment in New Mexico.

Approach:
1. Provide technical support to design scalable, stratified, random sampling frameworks to implement AIM-related monitoring projects. 2. Provide technical support for data analysis and reporting. 3. Provide training to support the development and implementation of assessment and monitoring based projects. 4. Provide technical support for the NM regional ecosystem assessment (REA) projects.
