Research Project: MCC NAMIBIA MONITORING AND EVALUATION SUPPORT

Objective:
Provide due diligence assessment and/or implementation support of the agricultural and/or land projects in Namibia. Specifically, this scope of work covers support from USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) for implementation support to monitoring and evaluating aspects of the Namibia Compact's Land Access and Management Activity of the Agriculture Project.

Approach:
We will work with local collaborators (MCA-Namibia - Millennium Challenge Account) and under MCC guidance to develop and support implementation and interpretation of a rangeland monitoring and evaluation system for the Namibia Compact's Land Access and Management Activity of the Agriculture Project. This will include developing and modifying protocols, developing an electronic field data entry system, providing training, evaluating data quality, and providing data analysis and interpretation.
