Objective:
Breed for high oleic acid, low linolenic acid and high oil soybean breeding lines/cultivars in maturity group II-IV.

Approach:
The objective will be achieved crossing high oleic acid lines from Missouri with maturity group II-IV soybean cultivars and selecting high oleic acid progeny lines using marker assisted selection with melting curve assay on Lightcycler 480.
