Objective:
Keep greening-infected citrus production regions of the United States productive, slow or prevent the spread of greening, and maintain healthy citrus groves free of the disease.

Approach:
Develop citrus trees that are resistant or tolerant to greening, suppress or eliminate populations of the Asian citrus psyllid vector and/or interfere with their ability to transmit greening, and develop methods that can be used as curatives for the disease.
