Objective:
Produce better annotation of Asian citrus psyllid genome, Diaphorina citri, by producing a deep sequencing run.

Approach:
Using psyllid DNA and RNA, as provided by ARS, conduct a deep sequencing run to aid validation and fill gaps in alignments for psyllid genome.
