Objective:
Develop and test, in different environmental conditions, sensors to rapidly and nondestructively determine the moisture content in peanuts.

Approach:
Sensors, suitable for use in laboratory conditions, will be developed and tested at NPRL. Sensors suitable for field and industry use, will be developed in Australia and tested at two different locations.
