Objective:
Fine mapping, metabolomics and transcriptomics of genes for soybean aphid resistance.

Approach:
Recombinant inbred line (RIL) populations and near isogenic lines (NILs) will be used for conducting the fine mapping, metabolomics, trancritomics and proteomics studies with help from collaborators.
