Objective:
The objective is to produce maps indicating cover crop biomass and link those maps to nutrient uptake and evaluate impacts of agronomic parameters on cover crop performance.

Approach:
ARS will meet with operational agencies to determine science needs and acquire remotely sensed data. Both parties will jointly determine the best approach for processing remotely sensed data and integrating in situ information. The cooperator will implement the agreed upon approach and both parties will analyze and present study results.
