2012 Annual Report 1a.Objectives (from AD-416): To provide support for maintenance and development of the Asian Collections at the U.S. National Arboretum. 1b.Approach (from AD-416): ARS will hire employees to maintain and develop the Asian Collections at the U.S. National Arboretum. 3.Progress Report: This agreement was established to provide support for staff in the Asian Collections. Currently the Friends of the National Arboretum is no longer contributing to this agreement. The small amount of funding will be used to finance a short term technician position or intern.
