Formerly 5348-43440-005-07T (12/10). 3.Progress Report: This report serves to document research conducted under a cooperative Trust Agreement with Kraft-Nabisco. The parent research is 5348-43440-005-00D. The Trust involves mostly proprietary information with the cooperator concerning the evaluation of end-use quality of soft white wheat varieties. Progress: all wheat samples were obtained and milling and baking analyses were completed; analysis and report were provided to the cooperator. ADODR monitoring: periodic progress reports are provided to the cooperator via phone and e-mail for review; ARS scientists meets with the cooperator in person at the Pacific Northwest Wheat Quality Council; annual financial contribution monitored on Cooperator's and ARS behalf; budget activity and expenditures monitored on ARS behalf.
