Objective:
To develop tools for assessing risk of obesity, and to evaluate an education intervention in head start children.

Approach:
Cooperative Extension at UCDavis will conduct the field study. WHNRC will collect blood samples and analyze at least 3 nutrition biomarkers from 130 children, times 4 samples each.
