Replaces 5305-22000-012-09N (6/09). 3.Progress Report Research on alternatives to methyl bromide for soil fumigation in strawberry, vegetable and floral industries including application technologies, weed management and disease control were conducted by scientists from the U.S. Agricultural Research Station, Salinas, CA in collaboration with the University of California, Davis located in Salinas. Communication on the project status is done with the granting agency by e-mail, personal conversations and submission of written yearly progress reports to the University of California.
