Objective:
To develop improved grapevine rootstocks resistant to aggressive virulent root-knot nematodes.

Approach:
Grapevine rootstock germplasm will be screened for resistance to aggressive virulent root-knot nematodes, crosses made, and resistant seedling selections identified through screening.
