Objective:
Coordination and execution of the evaluation of ARS products for the protection of deployed military personnel, to include overseas trials.

Approach:
A Naval officer assigned to the Mosquito and Fly Reaearch Unit will use the funds 1) identify ARS products with potential force health protection potential; 2) coordinate with military laboratories and field sites to test the efficacy of the products in collaboration with ARS personnel funded separately; and 3) execute tests with results reported in the peer reviewed literaure and directly to the Armed Forces Pest Management Board.
