Objective:
Strengthen the cooperation between ARS and Dairy Management, Inc., in a collaborative effort to identify and implement, by mutual decision, scientific and technical activities. Cooperative activities may be conducted in areas such as food safety, prebiotics, probiotics, genomics, proteomics, functional foods, food processing, biotechnology, phytochemicals, diets, nutrition, and health.

Approach:
Jointly explore and coordinate research, exchanges, training, and development activities of mutual interest, which would be implemented by mutual understanding and in conformity with the regulations and policies of both participants.
