Objective:
Maintain and further develop OMS's capabilities for building and delivering modular models and tools for NRCS/ARS.

Approach:
1) Refine module builder, model builder, and documentation/user manual, and deliver the system; 2) provide training to first line users with examples and help them in formating their modules in OMS library; 3) Further develop tools for refactoring code of existing models into OMS modules; 4) test and refine the spatial modeling capability; 5) develop database access interfaces; and 6) design and develop modular interfaces for end users.
