Location: Watershed Physical Processes Research Unit
|
2007 Annual Report
1a.Objectives (from AD-416)
To investigate and research the development of AGNPS and CONCEPTS modules using software engineering and database management designs.
1b.Approach (from AD-416)
Characterize the database requirements within watershed systems for model utilization. Synthesize AGNPS and CONCEPTS algorithms into efficient software engineering modules. Characterize graphical and WEB-based interfaces for use in the analysis of watershed systems.
3.Progress Report
This report serves to document research conducted under a Specific Cooperative Agreement between ARS and the University of Mississippi’s Department of Computer and Information Science. Additional details of research can be found in the report for the in-house project 6408-13000-017-00D, "Integrated Assessment and Analysis of Physical Landscape Processes That Impact the Management of Agricultural Watersheds." Final monitoring activities were performed to complete the financial transactions through quarterly conference calls.
