Retrospective Accomplishment Report

 

This report of accomplishments for the period 2008–2012 is meant to serve as a 5-year snapshot of the long-term, ongoing goals and objectives of NP 106. In the context of measuring and assessing the extent of accomplishments within the national program, this report examines the progress toward meeting the goals established by the problem statements and research needs in the current Action Plan for NP 106.

The Executive Summary of the evaluation of NP 106 was based on reviews of the Accomplishment Report provided by USDA/ARS by an Assessment Panel that was comprised of university scientists and a scientist from the private aquaculture community. The Panel included a Chair and seven members who had no conflicts of interest with respect to their involvement in the process.
