Critical deferred maintenance including replacing the HVAC
system in Building 22 (including boiler) and replace boiler in Building 19.
Replace electrical distribution system in Building 1. Replace HVAC system
components in Building 1A. Replace mechanical and electrical systems and
finishes in Building 17.
Milestones
March 2010 - Construction contract awarded for $244,140 to repair the
mechanical system at the Avian Disease and Oncology Laboratory.
March 2010 - Construction contract awarded for $58,810 for repair the
electrical distribution system in Building 1 at the Avian Disease and Oncology
Laboratory.

problems in neoplastic and other viral diseases of poultry using basic and
applied multidisciplinary team approaches thereby benefitting the poultry
industry and consumers.
