RESEARCH ECOLOGIST

 

 

                            

 

Dr. Moore is a Research Ecologist with the Water Quality and Ecology Research Unit located in Oxford, Mississippi.  His research focuses on using aquatic vegetation to mitigate concentrations of pesticides and nutrients in agricultural runoff.  He works with a diverse group of scientists examining the chemical, microbiological, and physical processes involved in contaminant transfer and transformation within the soil and water environment.
