Ph.D.  University of Mississippi - Biology / Aquatic Ecotoxicology (1999) 

Research Interests:
  • Use of constructed wetlands, vegetated drainage ditches, and other edge-of-field best management practices (BMPs) for water quality improvement
  • Impacts of agricultural storm water runoff on aquatic ecosystems
  • Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) issues
  • Water quality criteria (primarily nutrients and sediments)
  • Aqueous and sediment toxicology
