This includes watching plants for disease or insect pests and applying appropriate chemical or biological control, monitoring accessions for pollinator needs, health, and effectiveness, hand harvest of seed increase, and processing and cleaning seeds. Cindy also enters descriptive data, records characterization and evaluation data, and digitally photographs plant and fruit specimens.
