Mission:
The Acquisition and Property Division formulates and implements policies, procedures, and technical guidance for the Research, Education, and Economics (REE) agencies for all acquisition and personal property programs. Provides nationwide acquisition support for supplies, equipment, and services for all of Headquarters and in excess of the delegated authorities of the REE agencies’ field organizations. Serves as the Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) for the REE mission.
