Mission:
The Fiscal Operations Branch performs financial analyses to promote the efficient use of Agency resources. Provides operational budgeting services for Agency Headquarters Offices and Area Offices. Provides fiscal support services to Agency Headquarters Offices. Provides assistance to field personnel in resolving unusual and difficult financial issues. Responsible for the functional oversight of the Area budget and finance offices. Develops financial planning processes for field units and assures effective integration of these activities with Agency level budgeting activities. Performs major special projects of a cross-functional nature as requested.
