Samples are collected at 0, 30, and 60 min for subsequent analysis by gas chromatography (GC). 
GC analysis uses a Teledyne-Tekmar autosampler connected to two Hewlett-Packard GCs equipped
with thermal conductivity, electron capture, and flame ionization detectors.
