Various molecular biological and imaging techniques to study signaling pathways, gene expression and cellular responses: Cell culture, plasmid tranfection, confocal microscopy, lipid raft fractionation by sucrose gradient ultra-centrifugation, immunoprecipitation, western blot, ELISA, multiplex, and rtPCR techniques.
