Our mission is to use cutting-edge, systems-level approaches to understand the ecology and biology of arthropod pests and pathogens in order to develop innovative and biologically-relevant solutions for arthropod-borne disease problems.
Our vision is to be a leader predicting, preventing and mitigating the damaging effects of endemic arthropods and the pathogens they transmit to livestock and other animals.
