See Agricultural Uses of Municipal, Animal, and Industrial Byproducts online at http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/np/agbyproducts/agbyintro.htm (and see the news release about this book at http://www.ars.usda.gov/is/pr/1998/980428.htm)
