Insulation is material used to help keep things warm or cool. Often made of fiberglass, it's used in the walls of homes to help keep out winter's cold and summer's heat. Many other materials can be used for insulation, such as cork, cellulose, foil and kraft paper sandwiched around plastic"bubbles"--even wool, and cotton, and recycled soda bottles.
