You, the Consumer." Sixty years ago, orange juice came either freshly
squeezed in season or cannedand tasting like the can. But in 1948, ARS
scientists collaborated with Florida Citrus Commission researchers to perfect
a method to produce a practical, flavorful frozen concentrate with all its vitamins
and minerals.
