• Burgers were cooked to 150oF and photographed under the different light sources in the MacBeth viewing box.

  • Horizon
  • Incandescent
  • Cool white fluorescent
  • Avg. daylight fluorescent

• The following photos do not represent the same burger photographed under all lights; changes in the pigment occurred too quickly. Rather, many burgers were cooked and photographed under the lights. The set shown here represents burgers with similar conformity, shape, color and appearance.
