ARS's Administrative and Financial Management division (AFM) provides administrative and financial management services for the Research, Education, and Economics (REE) agencies: the Agricultural Research Service (ARS), the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES), the Economic Research Service (ERS), and the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS).
