NPARL opened the year-long celebration of ARS' 50th Anniversary
on Nov. 3 with an international potluck luncheon for employees,
their families and NPARL Focus Group members. As part of that in-house
event, participants viewed a special video-taped message from ARS
Acting Administrator Ed Knipling and then posed for posterity in
this group picture.
