First version of redesigned USDA food coding and processing database.

Applied to WWEIA, NHANES 2001-2002.

Contains data for food energy and 60 nutrients/food components ( see list).

Underlying food composition data are from the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference 16-1.
