Poultry Food Assess Risk Models
A Master Memorandum of Understanding was signed in 1995 between the Agricultural Research Service and Food Safety and Inspection Service of the U. S. Department of Agriculture and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. It provided the framework for collaborative efforts to develop predictive models to ensure the microbiological safety of poultry products. This site provides the products of this research effort and includes publications, presentations, models, data, and pictures.
