Responsibilities
I am the Vigna curator responsible for collecting or acquiring Vigna species to address the needs of users. I preserve genetically pure germplasm of Vigna free of known diseases for distribution to scientists and other users. I work with scientists to identify new users for cowpeas and to identify new sources of disease and pest resistance. |
