Responsibilities I serve as the Research Leader for the Plant Genetic Resources Conservation Unit at the Griffin location. I am responsible for all administrative, research, and curation activities of the Unit and location. I also serve as the curator of the annual clover collection (>2,200 accessions) and acting curator of the sorghum collection (>37,500 accessions). My goals are to continue to improve acquisition, maintenance, characterization, evaluation, documentation, and distribution of the U.S. plant genetic resources collections maintained at Griffin. I coordinate ARS Unit operations with University of Georgia employees in the S-009 Multistate Regional Project.
