Responsibilities
Propagate the cultivated and wild Arachis species collection in order to preserve genetic diversity and provide genetic resources for distribution to scientists worldwide. Plan and carry out research to address issues pertaining to genetic diversity, regeneration, taxonomy, viral detection, nutritional quality in wild and cultivated peanuts utilizing classical, biochemical, or molecular techniques. |
