Soybean and Nitrogen Fixation Scientists Attend Workshop

On February 14-18, Research Geneticists Tommy Carter, Joe Burton, and Research Agronomist Lilian Miranda, ARS Soybean and Nitrogen Fixation Research Unit, Raleigh, NC, participated in the 2009 Soybean Breeders Workshop in St. Louis, MO. They presented research results on drought tolerance, genetic diversity, and seed composition breeding, and they participated in research planning sessions.
