Scientists to attend American Oil Chemist Society Meeting
Dr. Joe Burton and Dr. Prachuab Kwanyuen will be attending the 97th annual meeting of the American Oil Chemist Society April 30-May 3, 2006, in St. Louis MO. Dr Kwanyuen will be co-chairing a on Regulatory Issues and Alergenicity in Soy Based Products. Dr. Burton will present two papers entitled "Improving Soybean Oil Quality Through the Better Bean Initiative." and " Breeding Mid-Oleic Soybeans."
