USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Refence, Release 22
Release 22 of the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference is now available. This release contains data on 7,538 food items for up to 143 components. Vitamin D values, reported in both µg and IU ,have been expanded to include all items uses in the NHANES - What We Eat in America survey.
USDA Nutrient Data Set for Retail Beef Cuts, Release 1.0
This retail beef cut data set provides retailers with easier access to the most accurate beef nutrient data for the purpose of on-pack nutrition labeling and for nutrition claims. This data set focuses on the beef cuts identified by USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) proposed labeling regulations for fresh, single-ingredient meats in addition to some new Beef Value Cuts.

USDA Nutrient Data Set for Fresh Pork (From SR), Release 2.0
This fresh pork data set provides retailers with easier access to the most accurate pork nutrient data for the purpose of on-pack nutrition labeling and for nutrition claims. This data set focuses on fresh pork cuts identified by USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) proposed labeling regulations for fresh, single-ingredient meats in addition to new data on fresh ground pork.

Dietary Supplement Ingredient Database
The Dietary Supplement Ingredient Database (DSID), First Release, released in April 2009, contains statistical estimates--based on chemical analysis--of the nutrient content of selected ingredients in adult multivitamin/minerals (MVM), compared with label-reported ingredient levels. The DSID release includes data tables, data application tables, a research summary, an on-line adult MVM calculator, and instructions for the use of the files.
