On Thursday, July 14, 2011, Dr. Catherine Woteki, Undersecretary for REE Agencies visited the Center in conjunction with the American Dairy Association meeting that was held in New Orleans. She was given a short briefing and tour of the Center focusing on research highlights. After the tour she held an "All Hands" meeting with SRRC staff, in the Main Conference Room. She has specifically shown interest in the Student/Mentor programs here at the Center and had requested a brief meeting with the students and mentors. She met with them in the Main Conference Room. The mentors were asked to introduce their students and give a very brief description of their student’s research. All Hands Meeting was held immediately following the student/mentor session.
